1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or participating in gaming activities on BDG Game (BDG Win), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation

Strict Single-Account Policy
Each player is strictly permitted only one (1) active account. Operating multiple accounts across the same device, IP address, or payment profile to exploit sign-in bonuses or referral commissions will result in permanent account suspension and balance forfeiture.
3. Deposits, Turnover & Payouts
All financial transactions conducted on BDG Win are governed by the following operational standards:
- Deposit Verification: Real-money deposits completed via UPI or Net Banking must include the valid 12-digit UTR reference number for immediate automated settlement.
- Turnover Requirement: In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, deposited funds must undergo standard gaming turnover (wager requirement) before being eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawal Names Match: The bank account or UPI VPA designated for receiving payouts must strictly match the name registered on the gaming profile. Third-party bank payouts will be declined.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Actions

Automated Scripts & Bots
The use of unauthorized third-party predictive software, automated betting bots, or emulator scripts is strictly monitored and will trigger automatic bans.
Bonus Abuse
Coordinated hedging, cross-account betting, or artificial volume generation solely to extract promotional funds is considered fraudulent.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Account Suspension & Termination
